His career spans executive sales leadership, consulting, and hands-on team development across a wide range of industries.

John spent years as a Sandler Training consultant, where he honed his approach to sales methodology and behavioral-based selling techniques. That experience, combined with decades of real-world application, led him to develop the 4D Methodology — a structured framework for Discovering the root causes of sales underperformance, Designing customized solutions, Deploying them with the team, and Debriefing to ensure lasting results.

He is a certified Extended DISC assessor and uses personality profiling extensively to improve hiring decisions, team dynamics, and individual coaching outcomes. His approach is direct, practical, and focused on measurable results.
